Nepal Police Urges Calm Amidst Religious and Social Tensions

Kathmandu. Nepal Police has expressed concern over the recent activities of religious and social tensions seen in various parts of the country and has made a special appeal to all citizens to maintain restraint and mutual harmony.

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dan Bahadur Karki, through a video message, stated that the main identity of Nepali society is 'unity in diversity' and it is everyone's shared responsibility to preserve it.
