Two Indian nationals arrested with counterfeit Indian currency in Rupandehi

Rupandehi. Two Indian nationals have been arrested with counterfeit Indian notes from Bhairahawa. They were taken into custody after receiving information that counterfeit notes were being transacted at Khadka Khajaghar located in Siddharthanagar Municipality-12.

The police team dispatched from Ward Police Office, Bhairahawa arrested them while searching the Khajaghar. The police recovered a total of 70,000 counterfeit Indian rupees, 140 notes of 500 denomination, from their possession.
