Dhanusha Murder Victim Was Not a Temple Priest, Police Say

Kathmandu. Police have dismissed social media claims that a temple priest was murdered in Dhanusha, stating that the incident is being misrepresented and should not be linked to ongoing communal tensions or religious disputes.

In a statement issued on Friday, the District Police Office, Dhanusha, said the body of a man was found inside the premises of the Shiv-Hanuman Temple at Raghunathpur (Nahar Chowk) in Sabaila Municipality-12 on Friday morning.
