Finance Ministry Proposes Maintaining Seven-Member Nepal Rastra Bank Board

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has proposed that the size of the Board of Directors of Nepal Rastra Bank be maintained at its previous seven members.

Speaking at a meeting of the Finance Committee of the Federal Parliament on Tuesday, Finance Secretary Dr. Ghanashyam Upadhyay clarified the ministry's stance on the amendment proposals put forth by the members of parliament regarding the number and structure of the Board of Directors.
