Morang's Biratnagar Airport Records Highest Rainfall

Kathmandu. Among the rain measurement centers established in various parts of the country, the highest rainfall has been measured at the Biratnagar Airport center in Morang.

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, out of the data recorded at 437 rainfall measurement centers from 8:45 AM on Shrawan 18 to 8:45 AM on Shrawan 19, rainfall occurred at 365 centers, and the highest rainfall of 151.6 millimeters was recorded at the Biratnagar Airport center in Morang.
