US Officials Investigate Near-Miss Incident Involving Marine One and Passenger Jet

Washington. US officials have begun investigating an incident where President Donald Trump's helicopter 'Marine One' may have come extremely close to a commercial passenger plane during a flight over Washington. However, the White House has clarified that President Trump was never at risk.

Citing two sources familiar with the incident, the New York Times reported on Tuesday that communication problems with air traffic control led to the distance between 'Marine One' and the passenger plane being less than one mile.
