Israeli Ambassador Suggests Direct Flights to Boost Tourism

Pokhara. Israeli Ambassador to Nepal Shamulik Ari Bass said that Israeli tourists would increase significantly if direct flights from Pokhara to Dubai could be operated. Speaking to journalists in Pokhara on Thursday, he said that the Pokhara-Dubai direct flight would send a positive message to the tourism market.

Flydubai will operate direct flights on the Pokhara-Dubai route from September 23. Bass said that this would lead to a significant increase in the number of Israeli tourists coming to Pokhara. He said that Israeli tourists have decreased due to tension in the Middle East.
