Absconder with Interpol Red Notice Arrested in Qatar, Extradited to Nepal

Kathmandu. Mo. Tahir Rain, a fugitive defendant against whom an Interpol Red Notice was issued for human trafficking and forced sexual intercourse cases, has been arrested.

He was arrested in Qatar in coordination with NCB Qatar Doha and brought back to Nepal on Monday morning to proceed with the legal action.
