US Strikes Panama-Flagged Cargo Ship in Strait of Hormuz Amid Iran-Israel Conflict

Kathmandu. Amid the ongoing US-Israeli war against Iran, the US has fired missiles at a cargo ship flying the flag of Panama, which was heading towards an Iranian port, breaking the Iranian blockade.

According to the US military, two Hellfire missiles were fired at the ship's steering system after it did not comply with instructions despite warnings. The US military stated that the ship was then stopped from proceeding.
