UN Mission Calls for Immediate Halt to Clashes in Libya's Zawiya

Kathmandu. The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) has called for an immediate halt to the clashes in the western Libyan city of Zawiya and for those responsible for the violence to be held accountable.

In a statement, the mission condemned the ongoing clashes in Zawiya and the fighting in the city of Surman, urging all concerned parties to end hostilities and refrain from any provocative actions that could escalate tensions.
