Bagmati Province Assembly Spends Over 17 Crores for 6 Laws

Makwanpur. Bagmati Province Assembly has spent over 17.5 crore rupees to make 6 laws. The Province Assembly has passed a total of 6 bills in the past one year. The expenditure of the Province Assembly in one year has been more than 17 crore 62 lakh 90 thousand rupees.

In the last financial year (2082/083), 20 meetings were conducted in 2 sessions of the Bagmati Province Assembly. In that year, 4 meetings were held in the winter session and 16 meetings were held in the budget session. The Province Assembly Secretariat Hetauda informed that these meetings passed the budget as well as 4 bills.
