55/30 provision in Civil Service Bill gets Finance Ministry’s nod

KATHMANDU, Aug 13: The long-delayed Federal Civil Service Bill is finally moving toward conclusion with the 55/30 provision. The Ministry of Finance has again endorsed the provision, which would require civil servants to retire upon reaching either 55 years of age or 30 years of service.
