Nepali Congress Leader Shashank Koirala Claims Sher Bahadur Deuba Remains Party President

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shashank Koirala has claimed that Nepali Congress's statutory president is Sher Bahadur Deuba.

Leader Koirala made this claim on Thursday at the Tribhuvan International Airport while welcoming Deuba upon his return to the country.
