Nepali Congress Faction Imposes 3-Minute Speaking Limit for Speakers at National Gathering

Kathmandu. A time limit has been imposed for speakers at the national gathering of the Nepali Congress splinter group currently underway in Kathmandu. The organizing committee has provided only 3 minutes for each speaker to present their views.

Min Bishwakarma, the announcer of the program and coordinator of the publicity committee, informed the participating leaders and cadres about the time restriction. According to Bishwakarma, the microphone will be cut off after the stipulated 3 minutes, similar to parliamentary practice.
