Deuba Criticizes Special Convention for Weakening Nepali Congress

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress's former president and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the Congress has been weakened by violating the party's procedures and laws in the name of a special convention.

Speaking at a national gathering organized in Kathmandu immediately after returning home following a five-month health treatment, Deuba said so.
