Nepal, India set three-year deadline to map cross-border land occupation

Survey officials agree to use aerial imagery to map land occupied by citizens of one country on the other side of the 1,880-kilometre boundary.

In a major breakthrough, senior survey officials from Nepal and India have agreed to conclude the mapping of cross border occupation, a long-standing boundary issue between the two countries, within three years.
