Rapti Health Science Academy Adds OPD Ticket Counter to Improve Health Insurance Services

Dang. An additional OPD ticket counter has been added at Rapti Health Science Academy with the aim of making health insurance services effective, efficient, and organized. Considering the increasing number of health insurance beneficiaries coming for treatment at the academy and the resulting crowds and long queues for ticket distribution, an additional counter has been brought into operation.

Previously, two OPD ticket counters were in operation at the academy for health insurance services. With the addition of one more counter to manage the growing rush of service recipients, three OPD ticket counters are now in operation. With the addition of counters, it is expected that the ticket distribution process will become faster, easier, and more organized.
