Taliban Celebrate Five Years in Power Amidst Tight Security

Kathmandu. The Taliban group of Afghanistan has celebrated the fifth anniversary of their return to power after the exit of the US-led coalition forces from the country amidst tight security arrangements.

The Afghan Taliban group has celebrated this day as 'Victory Day'. In the demonstrations held on the fifth year of their return to power, groups of citizens, employees, and security personnel have demonstrated on the streets of Kabul holding white flags in their hands.
