Please Stop Charging The Dead

Charge begins with birth. It follows even after death. A child doesn’t earn. The dead neither earn nor consume. But they must pay a charge. Law requires birth and death registration. Registration demands a fee. Nepal charges the dead by collecting a cremation fee. Charging the dead is unethical, unjust, and against the basic principle of economics.
