UGC starts determining equivalence of foreign academic degrees

KATHMANDU, Aug 16: With the University Grants Commission (UGC) taking responsibility for determining the equivalence of foreign academic degrees, it has, in the first phase, conducted equivalence of 30 graduates' degrees earned from abroad. Earlier, the Tribhuvan University (TU) was responsible for carrying out this work.
