Associate Professor Devkota: Universities Cannot Produce Industry-Ready Graduates Immediately

Kathmandu. Associate Professor Lochan Kendra Devkota of Thapathali Campus said that universities cannot produce manpower that can do all the work required in the industry from the day after completing their studies.

He said this during a dialogue titled 'Bridging the Gap of Education, Skills, and Entrepreneurship in Nepal Through Talent Attraction and Worker Emigration' on the occasion of Naima Mobility Expo 2026.
