According to the regional governor of Moscow, 600 drones were fired at the Russian capital alone, which is considered the most intense drone attack in recent times. In Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, an elderly couple died due to Russian aerial bombing, while a famous book market in the Pochaina district of the capital Kyiv suffered significant damage when a Russian missile fell on it. According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, at least six people, including a child, were injured in the capital due to Russian attacks. Russia claims that the recent attacks in Kyiv targeted factories producing Ukrainian missile and drone parts.
