Dr. Rijal has completed MBBS from Xinxiang Medical University, China in 2010 A.D. He has done MD in Internal Medicine from Tianjin Medical University, Tianjin, China in 2020 A.D. He worked as a Medical Officer at Annapurna Neuro Hospital from 2011 to 2012 A.D and Neuro Hospital and Allied Science Bansbari, Kathmandu. He has worked as a Senior Medical Officer at Janamaitri Hospital in the Medical ward and Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U). He has also worked as a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine at Manmohan Medical College and Teaching Hospital. Currently, He is working as a Consultant Physician at Dhangadi Municipality Health Care Center, Dhangadi, Nepal.
