Dr. Krishna Prasad Paudel

Dr. Paudel has completed MBBS from Manipal College of Medical Sciences in 2002 and joined as Medical Officer of Department of Pediatrics Manipal Teaching Hospital which brought him to Pediatrics. He joined Government of Nepal Ministry of Health in 2004 as a Medical Officer starting career as Incharge of Bhimad Primary Health Care Centre Tanahun district. After serving Tanahun District for 2 years he was transferred to Kanti Children’s Hospital and in 2007 joined MD Pediatrics Residency at Institute of Medicine Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Tribhuvan University and completed it in 2010. He has served as different roles as Medical officer and consultant Pediatrician at Kanti Children’s Hospital. Since 2013, He has served as Chief Consultant Pediatrician, chief of Unit, Head of Department as well as Director at Kanti Children’s Hospital as well as Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Kanti Children’s Hospital - Pediatrics Department of Pediatrics of NAMS. He did his Master of Public Health as an Australia Awards Scholarship at University of Melbourne in 2019 and he also served as Director of Child Health Division with leads National Immunization Program, Community based IMNCI and Childhood Nutrition and during COVID 19 pandemic led Epidemiology and Disease Control Division of Department of Health Service and now as chief of a Division Ministry of Health and Population. Availability- Morning 7:00am to 9:00am and Evening 6:00pm to 8:00pm
